Janet Simpson, RDA, is a passionate speaker and consultant with a focus on dental radiography. She thrives on utilizing her clinical and teaching background to empower others. One of her primary goals is to assist dental auxiliaries in accessing education and achieving greater job satisfaction.

Janet’s envisions her training company, Dental Fundamentals C.E., as a platform that keeps pace with industry changes, analyzes challenges, discovers solutions, and links learners to enhanced knowledge and skills. She has been honored as an outstanding online instructor by San Diego Mesa College, where she served as an adjunct instructor for five years.

With a background working in both general and pediatric dental offices, Janet has enjoyed various roles, including dental assistant, clinic director, and team trainer. Additionally, she is expereinced in training related to regulatory compliance and infection control standards.

Janet has a strong commitment to helping underserved communities. As the Clinic Coordinator at Cura Smiles, she is honored to facilitate the delivery of pro bono oral healthcare to those in need in the heart of San Diego.
